OJEE Application Form (2023): The application form for the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) 2023 has been released online on the official website. Applicants must carefully choose the courses they want to apply for, as the OJEE application form varies for each course. Steps to Fill out the OJEE 2023 Application Form

Applicants must fill out the application form carefully. The OJEE application forms that are incomplete or received after the deadline will be rejected by the authorities. Follow the below steps to fill out the application form.

1. Register on the official website.

2. Select the preferred application form.

3. Enter the application number and password to log in.

4. Upload scanned photograph and signature.

5. Pay the application fee and save the form.

The application process for the OJEE 2023 exam comprises four steps. They are online registration, filling out the form, uploading the documents, fee payment and printing the confirmation page. For the OJEE 2023 registration, candidates can check the steps given below.

Step 1: Online Registration

• Visit the OJEE official website.
• Click on the ‘Registration for OJEE-2023’ link.
• Applicants will be redirected to the new registration page. Enter the required details by clicking on ‘New Registration’.
• Now, enter the security code and click ‘Submit’.
• Check the details and click on ‘Final Submit’.

Step 2: Filling out OJEE 2023 Application Form

• After registering successfully, applicants will be given an ‘Application Number’.
• Click on the button ‘Complete Application Form’.
• Enter the required details and submit.
• Check the details and click on ‘Final Submit’.

Step 3: Uploading Documents

• Candidates must provide scanned copies of their coloured photographs, as well as their complete signatures, in either black or blue pen. The documents should be in JPEG format.
• Once the documents have been uploaded, the candidates must pay the application fees.

Step 4: Fee Payment and Printing Confirmation Page

• To pay the fee, applicants will require the application number which they obtained during registration.
• The application fee must be paid online using a credit card, debit card or internet banking account.
• After submission, take a printout of the confirmation page.

OJEE 2023 Application Fee

For B.Pharm, Int. MBA, B.Tech. (L.E), B.Pharm (L.E), MCA, MBA, M.Tech., M.Arch., M.Plan, and M.Pharm, the application fee is Rs. 1000.

For combination courses, like MBA and MCA, MBA and M.Tech./M.Plan/M.Arch./M.Pharm, the application fee is Rs. 1500.

That means, for a single course, the OJEE application fee is Rs. 1000, and for each subsequent addition, Rs. 500 per should be paid.

Online payments can be made by applicants using debit, credit or internet banking.

Correction Window for the Application Form 2023

The OJEE application form correction window will be opened after the registration timeline is over. The exam conducting body will allow the candidates to correct the mistakes in the applications submitted for the OJEE 2023.

• Visit the OJEE official website.
• Click the ‘OJEE Corrections’ link to make changes.
• Log in with your application number and password.
• The OJEE application form will appear on the screen.
• Click on ‘Edit Form’ and make the changes carefully wherever necessary.
• Review the form once again and click the ‘Final Submit’ button.
