The Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India co-sponsor the International Commerce Olympiad (ICO), a single-level test. The ICO program is open to students in grades 11 and 12. Every student who takes an ICO test receives a Student Performance Report (SPR), which analyses their exam results.

Frequently Asked Questions on ICO Eligibility Criteria
Who is eligible to participate in the ICO Olympiads?
What are the advantages of taking Olympiad Exams for a student?
Students in the 11th and 12th grades are on the verge of making the most crucial decision of their lives. The ICO supports students in the self-realization of their abilities and potential.
- Beside self-realization, SOF also recognizes a student’s potential by giving merit-based rewards to them.
- Olympiad competitors are ranked based on their performance. As a result, students can evaluate themselves academically at five different levels after passing the exam: within the school, at the city level, at the zonal level, at the regional level, and, most importantly, at the international level.
- A Student Performance Report is sent to each student.
- The SPR assesses the student’s strengths and weaknesses and provides a detailed performance comparison of the student to other students at the school, city, zonal, and international levels. There is also a review of the student’s previous years’ performance.
- Students are accordingly rewarded based on their international, zonal, and school rankings. Cash awards, medals, presents, certificates, and other prizes are announced annually.
- The International toppers in each class are honoured at a big prize distribution ceremony in Delhi, presided over by notable figures.
- Zonal and school winners receive their prizes sent to their respective schools.</div>
