IGKO Exam Date

The International General Knowledge Olympiad is known as IGKO. It is an online exam conducted worldwide to demonstrate their general knowledge of Maths, English, and current events among students. It is a test based on a student’s knowledge level.

The IGKO test is a single-level examination administered by the Science Olympiad Foundation, and it is open to children in grades 1 to 10 from all around the world. There are no admissible scores or merit indices to be retrieved for the next round because it has only one stage. In this article, we will discuss the IGKO exam date details.

The Rules to Follow During the Exam

  • Candidates can obtain the International General Knowledge Olympiad hall ticket 2022 through their individual school coordinators, and students must bring the admit card with them.
  • If a student loses their admission card, they can request a copy from the school coordinator before the exam date, and the invigilator of the exam will consider it.
  • The student will not be permitted to enter the examination hall without the admit card or hall ticket, and any justifications for this behaviour will be ignored.
  • Students should arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled exam time.
  • No student will be permitted to enter the examination venue until 10-15 minutes after the exam has begun.
  • No extra time will be given to any student to finish the exam; the paper must be delivered within the time limit.
  • Only when a test has been completed will a student be permitted to exit the examination hall.

IGKO Exam Date 2022

  • On September 15 and October 11, 2022, the IGKO test 2022-23 will be held. Schools must choose an exam date that is convenient for their pupils. Each date has its own set of questions.
  • The examination will take place during school hours. The SOF IGKO is an objective-type test that is administered on paper.
  • The exam will have 35 multiple choice questions for grades 1 to 4 and 50 multiple choice questions for grades 5 to 10. The IGKO 2022-23 exam will take 60 minutes to complete.
  • The official website, sofworld.org, will publish the IGKO result 2022 online in January 2023.

  • Students should create a study schedule and allocate time to each part according to its importance. To keep students’ thinking fresh, they should schedule time for hobbies and interests.
  • Students should create short notes and highlight crucial areas while learning. These notes will assist them in quickly reviewing the complete course.
  • For the IGKO 2022 exam, students should use the SOF recommended literature. For each class, SOF has recommended about 5 books. These books are available as PDF files for download. Students can also obtain a hard copy of them online.
  • Last but not least, students must maintain a calm and easy going demeanour. They should not panic while studying because it could make the themes they’ve learnt vanish and cause misunderstandings about dates, significant points, and other details.
