IOM is the short form for the International Olympiad of Mathematics. The National and International Mathematics Olympiad tests assess students’ analytical reasoning skills in school-level mathematics. Every year, students from Classes 1 to 12 from all over the country compete in the International Olympiad of Mathematics to determine their true opportunities in the future of mathematics. The Silverzone IOM test is entirely based on the CBSE/ICSE/State Boards syllabus.

Highlights of the Exam
The Silverzone Foundation hosts three levels of the International Olympiad of Mathematics. Students who pass each level qualify for the next level.
1st Level
Level 1 is open to all students in grades 1 to 12.
2nd Level
The top 1000 first-level olympiad rank holders in each class will compete for top positions in a second-level examination. Level 2 is open to all class 1st rank bearers with a minimum of 75% of the marks and a minimum number of 100 students from a specific school.
3rd Level
Level 3 will be open to 2nd level olympiad rank bearers from Classes 6 to 12. Level 3 will take place in New Delhi, India.
Syllabus for Silver IOM
The olympiad test comprises CBSE/ICSE/State Boards syllabus. Any candidate belonging to any of these boards can attempt the examination. The Silver IOM syllabus for each grade is divided into four sections that cover concepts and topics that are ideally suited to the curriculum and understanding of students. It is divided into four sections: logical reasoning, mathematical reasoning, everyday mathematics, and achiever section.
- Logical Reasoning – The first section is intended to assist students in developing learning skills and approaching verbal and nonverbal reasoning on various topics with ease.
- Mathematical Reasoning – Students must learn various strategies to create mathematical reasoning by solving various types of mathematical problems in this segment.
- Everyday Mathematics – The third section focuses on helping students develop problem-solving skills related to various mathematical concepts.
- Achiever Section – In the final section, participants are tested on their essential mathematical skills. Since the basic concept is covered in detail in this portion, students must be familiar with the topics ahead of time to achieve various questions more effectively.

The IOM exam consists of two sections: mathematics and scholar’s section, for a total of 100 points. The table given below shows the topics included in mathematics for each grade.
