The International Drawing Olympiad (IDO) is held once a year at the national level in schools. Along with academic excellence, it’s critical for kids to concentrate on soft skills like sketching, painting, and other creative endeavours. In India, there are many students with excellent creative abilities. In order to support emerging young potential artists, schools include pupils in extracurricular activities.

Teachers recognise kids who are passionate about various artistic mediums. Teachers can recognise students’ imagination through the activities they carry out in class. Students in Classes 1 to 10 are eligible to participate in the Olympiad. The exam is intended to improve and hone students’ creative thinking. We will discuss the IDO Syllabus details in this article.

IDO Syllabus
The International Drawing Olympiad (IDO) exam syllabus is divided into age groups and classes. This exam is for students in grades 1 to 10, and the syllabus varies by class. Students are judged on their ability to draw and express their originality, theme, colour scheme, topic selection, the message communicated, attractiveness, and other factors. Every child has the opportunity to express themselves in their own unique way. Drawing is one of those activities that increases concentration, inspires young minds, and effectively communicates messages.
