The Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education ((HBCSE) has released the Syllabus for the PRMO (Pre-Regional Mathematical Olympiad). If they pass the PRMO exam, all students will be eligible to compete in the second level of the Mathematical Olympiad, the RMO (Regional Mathematical Olympiad).
Please Note: This page will be updated soon
Each class’s HBCSE PRMO Syllabus is different, and students must study their respective Syllabuses for each class. The MTA (Mathematics Teachers’ Association) provides the PRMO Syllabus. The PRMO curriculum mainly focuses on classroom basics. In the final exam, you’ll be given various challenging problems to solve. The PRMO Syllabus Class 10 covers geometry, number theory, algebra, inequalities, and combinatorics. The program does not cover statistics or calculus.
