PRMO Class 8 Syllabus

The PRMO Olympiad is the initial step on the road to competing in a variety of international olympiads. The Syllabus for the PRMO Olympiad test has been provided by HBCSE (Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education). Although the exam Syllabus is based on the CBSE, the questions in the PRMO exam are indirect and difficult to answer.

Each Class’s HBCSE PRMO Syllabus is different, and students must review their Syllabuses according to their classes. The MTA (Mathematics Teachers’ Association) provides the Syllabus for PRMO. The PRMO Syllabus is primarily based on classroom basics. In the final test, you’ll be confronted with various complex problems. The PRMO Syllabus Class 8 includes algebra, number theory, inequalities, combinatorics, and geometry. The Syllabus does not include statistics or calculus.

The test will require 3 hours to complete. The PRMO question paper contains 30 questions and is conducted using paper and pencil.
