SilverZone Olympiad is organised by a non-governmental organisation with the Delhi Government’s registration. The foundation holds a number of Olympiads for students to advance their understanding of science, maths, computer, general knowledge, and the English language. There are both national and international competitions in the SilverZone Olympiad.

About SilverZone Foundation

The SilverZone Foundation is a non-governmental organisation with more than ten years of expertise. For students in grades 1 to 12, SilverZone administers Olympiad examinations as a creative way to encourage learning outside the classroom. The SilverZone Foundation’s primary goal is to unleash children’s true potential and get them ready for a successful future.

International Olympiads are organised by SilverZone to accomplish their mission. Based on two or three tiers of Olympiad examinations they administer, students’ exceptional performance is identified. The SilverZone Olympiad Level 2 test is open to students who passed the Level 1 exam. For the SilverZone level 3 exam, candidates must place first in the Level 2 exam.

SilverZone Olympiad Exams

International Informatics Olympiad (iiO)

Every year, the SilverZone Foundation hosts the iiO 2022 test. Students in grades 1 to 12 from Silverzone Foundation-registered schools are eligible to take the iiO 2022 exam. The registration process for the exam is underway. Eligible students can apply through their schools.

The International Informatics Olympiad aims to examine students’ abilities and aptitude in computer science at both the national and international levels.

International Olympiad of Science (iOS)

The International Olympiad of Science (IOS) is an annual event that is held at both the national and international levels and is based on the curriculum established by the State Boards, ICSE, and CBSE. No matter their class or age, students from any recognised board in the nation are eligible to apply for the International Olympiad of Science. The primary goal of IOS is to foster one’s imagination and creativity in a subject, particularly science. It creates a strong basis for the next generation to succeed in the field of science.

International Olympiad of English Language (iOEL)

The International Olympiad of English Language (iOEL) of the SilverZone Foundation assesses students’ ability and understanding of English. Every year, the exam is held on a national and international level, following the syllabi of the CBSE, ICSE, and other state boards. A student’s ability to communicate in a specific context is also tested on the SilverZone iOEL 2022 examinations.

Akhil Bhartiya Hindi Olympiad (ABHO)

The Akhil Bhartiya Hindi Olympiad (ABHO) is an annual Hindi Olympiad held in India. The Silver Zone Foundation organises this Olympiad. In addition, other tests are held to test and educate students in other professions. The foundation hosts the Akhil Bhartiya Hindi Olympiad to promote Hindi as the national language. Students will gain various benefits, including the opportunity to evaluate their current level of Hindi in a competitive environment.

Smart Kid General Knowledge Olympiad (SKGKO)

The Smart Kid General Knowledge Olympiad, sponsored by the SilverZone Foundation, is an excellent way to ensure a student’s personal and academic advancement (in fields such as history, geography, general science, current events, and sports, among others).

The Olympiad is held on a national and international level every year. SKGKO is certain to broaden a student’s perspective on current and past events, allowing them to view and analyse a situation more clearly than they could otherwise.

International Social Science Olympiad (iSSO)

The International Social Studies Olympiad (iSSO) is an annual national and international competition that promotes student expertise in history, geography, and civics. The iSSO Olympiad syllabus is prescribed by CBSE/ICSE and state boards. The iSSO SilverZone Olympiad evaluates students’ academic talents and helps them improve their decision-making, creative thinking, and critical analysis skills.

International Reasoning and Aptitude Olympiad (iRAO)

The SilverZone Reasoning and Aptitude exam is a fantastic approach to evaluating students’ reasoning and aptitude evaluation analogies. Based on the results of the iRAO assessment, a student can plan their path to success by focusing on their positive traits while working on their negative ones. Every student in each class should participate in the SilverZone International Reasoning and Aptitude Olympiad.

SilverZone Olympiad Eligibility Criteria

Ten distinct Olympiads are held by the SilverZone Olympiad Foundation, and in order to participate, students must be enrolled in one of India’s accredited educational boards.

The following list includes the SilverZone Olympiad’s eligibility requirements:

  • Only the Level 1 exam is open to all students in grades 1 to 12.
  • The top 500 Olympiad rank holders from each class are eligible for Level 2.
  • Top students from each school who received at least 75 per cent in Level 1 will also be qualified for Level 2.
  • First-place finishers in Level 2 Olympiads from grades 6 to 12 are qualified to take the Level 3 exam.

Registration for SilverZone Olympiad

Through school registration, students in grades 1 to 12 at registered schools may submit an application for the SilverZone Olympiad exams in 2022. Before submitting the necessary amount to the school coordinator, students must first ask their parents to sign the parent consent form.

All schools registered with the SilverZone Foundation receive the prospectus, which includes the Participation Forms for various SilverZone Olympiads after it has been updated on the SilverZone website.

Registrations for Indian Schools in SilverZone

A participation cost of INR 500 (including GST) per student for 5 Olympiads should be paid by students who have chosen a combination of at least 4 topics. This amount is to be collected by the school on behalf of SilverZone Foundation and delivered to SilverZone Foundation. The school may add an additional INR 100 per student to its account.

Other students must pay a participation fee of INR 125 (including GST) per student per Olympiad, which will be collected by the school and sent to the SilverZone Foundation on their behalf. The school is allowed to deposit an additional INR 25 per student per Olympiad to its account, which it can use to pay the honorarium of the in-charge, remuneration to teachers, and miscellaneous expenses.

Registrations for Schools in SilverZone Outside India

Students who choose a combination of at least four subjects (combo): The school is to collect the USD 32 (including IGST) participation fee per student for 5 Olympiads on behalf of the SilverZone Foundation and send it to the foundation. The school has the right to levy an additional fee of USD 8 per student, which it will put toward the honorarium of the in-charge, instructor compensation, and other incidental expenses.

For every other student: The school is required to collect a USD 8 (including IGST) participation fee from each student for each Olympiad on behalf of the SilverZone Foundation and send it on to the foundation. The school may add an additional USD 2 per student per Olympiad to its account to pay for the honorarium of the in-charge, teacher compensation, and other costs.

SilverZone Olympiad Awards

  • A monetary award of INR 7,500 will be given to the International SilverZone Olympiad’s first-place finisher in each class.
  • A monetary award of INR 5,000 will be given to the International SilverZone Olympiad’s second-place finisher in each class.
  • The International SilverZone Olympiad will award a cash prize of INR 2,500 to the third-place finisher in each class.
  • At the International SilverZone Olympiad, the fourth to tenth-place finishers in each class will receive medals of excellence.
  • The 11th to 500th place finishers in each class at the International SilverZone Olympiad will get the topper accomplishment certificate.
  • All Zonal Rank 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rank holders in all classes will receive medals of excellence.
  • The top three students in each class at each school will win Class Topper Medals of Excellence if the top student receives at least half of the total marks.
  • A participation certificate with each participant’s class, zonal, and Olympiad rank and marks will be given.
  • The top ten students who obtain the same rank will each receive an equal portion of the prize money. Each winner will also get a certificate in the relevant field and a Symbolic Golden Medal of Excellence.
  • Each winner will get a Medal of Excellence (in the relevant category) and a certificate if 11 or more students with the same rank receive the same grade.
  • If they receive more than or equal to 50 per cent of the possible points, the top three rank holders at the school level will receive Medals of Excellence.
  • A Chapter-by-chapter Performance Analysis Report will be sent to each participant. It provides a detailed analysis of the student’s exam results.
