STSE (State Talent Search Examination)

The STSE, or State Talent Search Examination, is organised by the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education for students who aspire to pursue graduate-level education. STSE is conducted yearly for students of Classes 10 and 12 from boards recognised by the examining authority. STSE for the year 2022 is scheduled on 18th December from 9 AM to 1 PM.

Eligibility Criteria for STSE 2022

The STSE 2022 eligibility criteria are listed below.

  • Students who are studying in Classes 10 and 12 are qualified to apply for the State Talent Search Examination.
  • Applicants studying in Classes 10 and 12 should have a 50% minimum mark percentage in their Class 9 and Class 11, respectively.
  • There is no age restriction for writing the STSE exam.

Exam Pattern and Date of STSE Exam

Rajasthan STSE is organised annually by the RBSE (Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education). It is usually conducted in November; however, it is subject to change as per external conditions. The State Talent Search Examination is conducted in offline mode (pen-paper based). The time limit is different for each section. One mark is awarded for each correct answer, and there is no negative for wrong answers. The questions are purely objective type, and the exam is conducted in both Hindi and English languages. Application Process for STSE (Rajasthan)

RBSE releases the STSE Rajasthan application form. Eligible applicants should submit their application form for STSE before the last date. All information in the registration form should be verifiable and correct.

Then upload the details mentioned in the STSE Rajasthan registration form. After that, upload documents and remit the registration fee, as prescribed in the notification of the STSE Rajasthan exam.

  • To fill out the application form, the applicants will have to upload details such as name, date of birth, category, school name, class, marks, etc.
  • Scanned copies of a photograph of the applicant, signature, PwD certificate, caste certificate, etc., if applicable, should be entered into the registration form.
  • The choice of exam centre and language medium of the test should be marked in the application form.
  • The complete application form should be uploaded online, along with the application fee.

Rajasthan STSE Admit Card

The admit card for STSE will be available on the official website of the Rajasthan board a few weeks prior to the exam.

  • Applicants must download the mandatory admit card, keep its printout and bring it to their exam centre.
  • No applicants will be allowed to attend the STSE exam in the absence of the correct admit card.
  • Information about the exam, such as date, location, address, time, etc., will be given on the admit card.
  • Please remember that the official admit card will only be available online and will not be delivered through courier or post.

STSE Rajasthan Result and Scholarships

Applicants who complete the STSE exam can verify their results online.

  • The Rajasthan Education Board will release the result of the examination on its official website.
  • The complete list of qualified students will be prepared, and those applicants will be awarded a scholarship.
  • A scholarship of Rs. 4,000/- will be awarded to the STSE topper, and Rs. 2,000/- will be awarded to the following nineteen rank holders.
  • Students who get more than 90% marks in the exam will be awarded the Scholar Certificate, and those who get 80% to 90% marks will be awarded the Distinction Certificate.
