No. of equivalents of acid $$=$$ No. of equivalents of base
$$\dfrac{mass \times basicity(n)}{Molar\ mass} = volume (L) \times Normality$$

$$\dfrac{2\times basicity(n)}{600} = 0.100\times \dfrac{1}{6}$$
$$\therefore Basicity (n) =5$$.
