The Nernst equation is

$$\displaystyle \mathrm{E}_{\mathrm{C}\mathrm{e}11}^{\circ}=\frac{\mathrm{R}\mathrm{T}}{\mathrm{n}\mathrm{F}}\ln \mathrm{K}$$

 $$\displaystyle (0.8-0.05)=\frac{1}{2}\times\frac{0.0592}{2.303}\ln \mathrm{K}$$

$$\displaystyle \displaystyle \ln \mathrm{K}=\frac{(0.8-0.05)\times 2\times 2.303}{0.0592}=58.38$$
