The correct option is C 2 : 15
The clock will take two turns to complete an hour because only 30 minutes are functional in the said clock. In one hour the minute arm will touch 9 two times. In two hours it'll touch 9 for 4 times. In the fifth time the minute arm will fall to 6 and run for 15 minutes until it touches 9. So the time would be 2:15 pm
