$=\frac{33}{2}\times \frac{1}{5}$

$=\frac{33\times 1}{2\times 5}$

$=\frac{33}{10}$

Convert it into mixed fractions
$=\frac{3\times 10+3}{10}$

$=\frac{3\times 10}{10}+\frac{3}{10}$
