Let the speeds of A and B be u km/hr and v km/hr respectively When they travel in opposite directions
$1 \times u + 1 \times v = 25 \Rightarrow u + v = 25............ (i)$
When they travel in same directions
$5 \times u - 5 \times v = 25 \Rightarrow u - v = 5............ (i i)$
