Let the number of blue balls be x.
Total number of balls = x+5.
Probability of drawing a red ball, P(r) = 5x+5
Probability of drawing a blue ball, P(b) = xx+5
(See that P(r)=1P(b))
According the question,
P(b)=2×P(r)
xx+5=2×5x+5
x=2×5=10
number of blue balls = 10.
