A ball is thrown vertically upwards. Its velocity goes on decreasing. What happens to the velocity of the ball when it falls down.

As ball falls down , the velocity of ball keeps on increasing because of gravity.
Ball keeps on acclerating due to gravity hence velocity of ball increases.
