Using Ideal gas law, since moles of helium inside the balloon remains the same:

$\Rightarrow \frac{P_1{V}_1}{T_1}=\frac{P_2{V}_2}{T_2}$

$\Rightarrow V_2=V_1(\frac{P_1}{P_2}\times \frac{T_2}{T_1})$

$=500\times (\frac{1}{0.5}\times \frac{270}{300})=900m^3$
