The correct option is A $$ \dfrac {R}{10}$$


When thousand droplets are mixed the volume of water remains same. i.e.
1000 $$\times$$ volume of small droplet = volume of bigger droplet
$$1000 \times \dfrac{4}{3}\pi r^3=\dfrac{4}{3}\pi R^3 \\\Rightarrow 1000r^3=R^3 \\\Rightarrow 10r=R \\\Rightarrow r=\dfrac{R}{10}$$
