Initial speed of the block , v1=10 m/s
Force on the block , F=0.1x
Let v2 be the final velocity
We know that F=mvdvdx=0.1x

10vdv=0.1x dx
Integrating both sides we get:
10v210v dv=0.13020x dx

10(v22)V210=0.1(x22)3020

10(v22250)=0.1(450200)

v2=95 m/s
