The correct option is D 0.35 g

Consider the accelerations for  as shown in the diagram above:

Component of gravitation force - Friction force= Net Force

$$ Mg\sin \theta -\mu Mg\cos \theta =Ma $$

 $$ a=\ g\sin {{45}^{o}}- \mu g\cos {{45}^{o}} $$

 $$ a=g\dfrac{1}{\sqrt{2}}-0.5g\dfrac{1}{\sqrt{2}} $$

 $$ a=0.35\,g\  $$
