Velocity of river w.r.t ground,Vr,g=6^i km/hr
Velocity of boat w.r.t ground =Vb,g
Since,
Vb,r=Vb,gVr,g
Vb,g=Vb,r+Vr,g
Vb,g=(4.5^j+6^i)=(6^i+4.5^j) km/hr
