We have, $$s = ut + \frac {1}{2} at^2$$
Given,

$$a = g$$
$$u = 0$$
$$\Rightarrow s = \dfrac {1}{2} gt^2$$
$$s = \dfrac {1}{2} g(4)^2 = 8g = 8 \times 9.8 = 78.4\ m$$
Height of the tower = 78.4 m
