Given u=6 m/s, v=0, as it comes to rest.

Now for retardation we get it by the force equation,
f=ma, and we know that f=μmg

So, retardation a=μmgm=10μ

Now by the equation of motion v2u2=2as

0=u22as, where s=9 m
0=(62)2(10μ)(9)
μ=0.2

Hence option D is the correct answer
