$$\displaystyle H=\dfrac{1}{2}gt^{2}$$

$$ \text{At} \dfrac{t}{2},  s=\dfrac{1}{2}g(t/2)^{2}=\dfrac{1}{4}\left(\dfrac{1}{2}gt^{2}\right)$$

$$ s=\dfrac{1}{4}H$$

$$\text{Therefore, the height from ground is given by,}$$
