The correct option is B 4 N
given $$u = 4\dfrac{m}{s}$$       &     $$t=2s$$
$$v = 0$$
from$$v = u + at$$
$$u = -at$$
$$4 = -a(2)$$
$$a = -2\dfrac{m}{s^2}$$ as the acceleration direction is opposite the sign is negative
$$F = ma = 2(2) =4N$$
