The correct option is C 500J
Potential Energy, P.E=m×g×h

In case of 10 m

P.E=5×10×10=500J

Energy is always conserved.Hence for 4 m case it will have potential energy 200 J but it will have kinetic energy of 300 J.
At any instant it will not have energy less or more than 500 J.
