The correct option is B 45 m2
Given Quadrilateral is in the shape of a trapezium.
The parallel sides are AB and CD
AB = 10 m, CD = 8 m,
BC = height of trapezium = 5 m

Area of trapezium ABCD =
= 12×(Sum of parallel sides)×height
= 12×(AB+CD)×BC
= 12×(10+8)×5
= 12×18×5
= 9×5 = 45 m2
