If takes 50 sec for the ear to comp lite the 50 sec for the end of 50 sec the ear has a speed of 15m/sec along the side road. Determine the magnitude of an acceleration over the 50 sec internal.

Initial velocity $\overrightarrow{u}=20j$

Final velcoity $\overrightarrow{v}=15i$

time $t=50s$

Hence acceleration is $\overrightarrow{a}=\frac{\overrightarrow{v}-\overrightarrow{u}}{t}$

$⟹\overrightarrow{a}=\frac{15i-20j}{50}$

$⟹a=\frac{\sqrt{{15}^2+{20}^2}}{50}=\frac{25}{50}$

$⟹a=0.5m/s^2$
