The correct option is B $$-\dfrac{Q}{4}$$
System will be in equilibrium , if force between $$Q$$ and $$q$$ +force  between $$Q$$ and $$Q=0$$
$$K\dfrac{Q.q}{(r/2)^{2}}+K\dfrac{Q.Q}{r^{2}}=0$$
or   $$\dfrac{KQ}{r^2}(4q+Q)=0$$
      $$ q=-\dfrac{Q}{4}$$
