It is given in the question that the radius is 12 cm. Therefore the distance of A from the centre O is 12 cm.Similarly, distance of B from O and the distance of C from O are 12 cm each.

Thus, r = OA = OB = OC = 12 cm.
Hence, OA + OB + OC $= 12 + 12 + 12 = 36$ cm.
