For a rotating fluid, the pressure difference can be given as
ΔP=12ρω2x2 ...(1)
where x is the distance of the point from the axis of rotation.
The pressure will increase in a direction away from axis of rotation.

At point A,
PA=PB+12×1000×(3)2×(3)2
PA=PB+40500 ...(1)

At point C,
PC=PB+12×1000×(3)2×(5)2
PC=PB+112500 ...(2)

On subtracting Eq.(2) from (1), we get
PAPC=72000 N/m2
PAPC=7.2×104 N/m2
The pressure difference between points A and C is 7.2×104 N/m2
