Total surface area of cuboid$=2(lb+bh+hl)2(lb+bh+hl)=40m^{2}lb+bh+hl=20m^2⟶\left(1\right)$
lateral surface area of cuboid$=2h(l+b)2h(l+b)=26hl+hb=13⟶\left(2\right)$
from (1) and (2), we get
$lb+13=20lb=7m^2$
therefore area of base is $7m^2.$
