$\Rightarrow V=6m\times 5m\times 4.5m$

$\Rightarrow V=135m^3$

Since, $1m^3=1000l$

So, Capacity of cuboidal tank $=135\times 1000l$

$=135000l$

The tank can hold $135000$ litres of water.
