Given, P1 = 15 atm, T1 = ?

P2 = 12 atm, T2 = 300 K (273+27)

Since the volume of the cylinder remains constant,
P1T1=P2T2

Therefore,15T1=12300

T1 = 375 K.

i.e., the cylinder will explode above 375 K or 102C.
