The correct option is B $$20$$
Applying Bervoulli's theorem at $$(1)$$ & $$(2)$$
$$\dfrac{P_1}{pg}+\dfrac{V^2_{1}}{2g}+h_1$$
$$=\dfrac{P^2}{Pg}+\dfrac{V^2_2}{2g}+h_2$$
$$P_1=P_2$$ & $$V_1=0$$
Thus, $$V^2_2=2g(h_1-h_2)$$
$$V^2_2=2(10)(20)$$
$$V_2=20$$ m/s.
