The heat supplied at
ΔQ=ΔU+PΔV=ΔU+nRΔT=ΔU+2ΔUf[ΔU=nfRΔT2]

The change in internal energy is
ΔQ=ΔU[1+2f]

105=ΔU[1+25]ΔU=75J
