Volume of cone $=$ Volume of cylinder

$\Rightarrow \frac{1}{3}\pi R^{2}H=\pi r^{2}h$

$\Rightarrow \frac{1}{3}\times 1.6\times 1.6\times 3.6=1.2\times 1.2\times h$

$h=\frac{1.6\times 1.6\times 3.6}{3\times 1.2\times 1.2}$

$h=2.13$cm.
