The correct option is A $$\displaystyle -\hat{i}$$
Normal reaction is given by:
$$N = mg - F_y = 10-4 = 6N$$

Maximum frictional force on the block is:
$$F_r = \mu N = 0.3 \times 6  = 1.8 N$$

Since $$F_x = 1 < F_r$$, block does not move.
$$F_r = 1 N$$ opposite to the direction of $$F_x$$
or $$F_r = - \hat i$$
