Weight of water in the 20 kg. water - melon
=96×20100=19. kg
Weight of water-melon pulp =20 kg 19.2 kg $= 0.8$ kg
Let the reduced weight of the water-melon be x kg
Then weight of water in the water-melon after evaporation =95%
evaporation =95%
Weight of pulp =5%
5% of x=0.8 kg x= 0.8×1005=16 kg
