$$mass \ of\ Pb=200 g$$
$$mass\ of\ PbO_{2}=200 g$$
$$mass\ of PbO_{2}=\dfrac{200}{239.2}=0.8361\ mole$$
$$mass\ of Pb\ in PbO_{2}=173.244 g$$
$$total\ mass\ of Pb=200+173.244$$
$$=373.244$$

$$373.24= \frac{207.2}{1\times 96500}\times 10\times t$$
$$t=17383.23\ sec $$
