The correct option is B $$3563$$
Rate of volume flow $$=\pi r^2=100 l/min$$
$$\pi r^2=\dfrac{1}{60}m^3/s$$
Reynolds number $$=R_e=\dfrac{\rho vD}{\nu}=\dfrac{1000}{0.1}\times \dfrac{1}{60\pi r^2}\times 2r$$
$$\dfrac{2000}{1.0\times 60\pi \times 3\times 10^{-2}}=3563$$
