Solution

Let us assume the initial salary= 100

∵ When increased salary is 110, then initial salary is 100.

∴When increased salary is 1, then initial salary is 100110.

∴When increased salary is 154000, then initial salary is 100110 × Rs.154000 = Rs. 140000
