A mature Graffian follicle is generally present in the ovary of a healthy human female around______
11-17 day of menstrual cycle
In human female, the menstrual cycle lasts for about 28/29 days. It is the follicular phase in which the primary follicles in the ovary grow to become a fully mature Graafian follicle (due to FSH stimulation). This phase (follicular) lasts for about 14 days. Due to the surge of LH and FSH, the graffian follicle ruptures to break open and release the ovum. So, the mature Graffian follicle is present in the ovary before the ovulation i.e 11-17 days of the menstrual cycle.
