Let, M.P. be $x$.

Percentage fo discount = 15%

$\text{S.P}=\frac{100-Discount\%}{100}\times M.P.$

$\text{18.70}=\frac{100-15}{100}\times x$

$\text{18.70}=\frac{85}{100}\times x$

$x=\left(\frac{18.70\times 100}{85}\right)=₹22$.
