Given that rate of change of motion is constant.
ie., Acceleration is constant.
Since acceleration is constant the distance travelled in each second will be equal.
The time taken to return to the starting point is 10 sec.
Then the time taken to reach the maximum distance will be 10/2=5sec
At 7th second, the object has 3/5 part distance to cover downwards.
Therefore the location of the particle at 7 seconds will be equal to the location at 3 seconds.
