The correct option is B

By Section formula we get :

$\frac{(2 \times y + 3 \times 3)}{2 + 3} = 1$

$\Rightarrow$ 2y + 9 = 5

$\Rightarrow$ 2y = 5 - 9 = -4

$\Rightarrow$ y = -2.
