The correct option is C $\frac{1}{2}$
For A and B to collide, Initial vertical components of the velocities must be equal.
Equating velocities along the vertical,
$v_{2} = v_{1} sin 30^{\circ}$
or $\frac{v_{2}}{v_{1}} = \frac{1}{2}$ .
