The correct option is B $$ 10\%$$
In series combination,
$$R=R_1+R_2=6+4=10 k\Omega$$
Error in combination
$$\Delta R=\Delta R_1+\Delta R_2$$
$$\dfrac{10}{100}\times 6+\dfrac{10}{100}\times 4$$
$$=0.6+0.4=1$$
$$\therefore   \dfrac{\Delta R}{R}=\dfrac{1}{10}=10\%$$
