Magnitude of electric field, E=2.5×104 N/C;

Magnitude of dipole moment, p=3.4×1030 cm

And magnitude of torque on electric dipole placed in uniform electric field is given by

τ=pEsinθ

For maximum torque, sinθ=1

τmax=pE

τmax=3.4×1030×2.5×104

τmax=8.5×1026 N-m
