C.P of the article=800+100=Rs.900
Let the M.P=Rs.x

x+10% of x=1287

x+10x100=1287

110x100=1287

x=1287×100110

x=Rs.1170

Profit=1170900=Rs.270

Profit%=270900×100=30%
